Makes those Mega Man flash projects that held the torch for polish and presentation look weak in comparison.
There was clearly a lot of care put into this project. It's a very impressive looking project otherwise, the intro stage is very flashy (though doesn't make much sense), and the plot (which assume the player knows some of the new characters un introduced) is simple and straight forward. Seems more like the 16-bitified 32-bit X game assets than original assets with pallet-swap 16-bit backgrounds.
